Rat Interleukin 11 Receptor Alpha (IL-11Ra) ELISA Kit
The Rat Interleukin-11 Receptor Alpha (IL11RA) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantification of IL11RA levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.IL11RA is a key receptor involved in the signaling pathway of Interleukin-11, a cytokine known for its important roles in various physiological processes including hematopoiesis, bone metabolism, and inflammatory response.
Dysregulation of the IL11RA pathway has been linked to the development of diseases such as osteoporosis, inflammatory bowel disease, and certain types of cancer.By utilizing the Rat IL11RA ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of IL11RA in disease pathogenesis and progression, as well as explore its potential as a therapeutic target. This kit is an essential tool for studying the IL11RA pathway and advancing our understanding of its implications in health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
