The Rat IL-10 ELISA Kit is meticulously designed to facilitate the precise quantitative assessment of Interleukin-10 (IL-10) levels within a diverse range of rat biological samples. IL-10, a key immunoregulatory cytokine, plays a pivotal role in modulating both innate and adaptive immune responses, contributing significantly to immune tolerance and anti-inflammatory processes.
Comprehensive measurement of IL-10 levels is crucial for elucidating its immunomodulatory functions and its involvement in various immune-related pathways, autoimmune conditions, and infectious diseases. Our IL-10 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie ensures unparalleled sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and reproducible outcomes. Crafted with rigorous quality standards, this kit promises consistent and robust performance, coupled with user-friendly procedures, making it an optimal choice for researchers seeking to explore the intricate roles of IL-10 in diverse research settings.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat IL-10. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat IL-10 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat IL-10, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rat IL-10. You can calculate the concentration of Rat IL-10 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
