Rat Glutathione S Transferase Alpha 1 (GSTa1) ELISA Kit
The Rat Glutathione S-Transferase Alpha 1 (GSTA1) ELISA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for the quantitative detection of GSTA1 levels in rat samples, including serum, plasma, and tissue lysates. This kit is highly sensitive and specific, providing precise and reproducible results for various research applications.GSTA1 is an important enzyme involved in detoxification processes, particularly in the metabolism of xenobiotics and oxidative stress response.
Dysregulation of GSTA1 has been implicated in diseases such as cancer, metabolic disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions, highlighting its potential as a valuable biomarker for understanding these pathological processes and developing targeted therapies. With the Rat GSTA1 ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of GSTA1 in disease progression and treatment, ultimately advancing our understanding of these complex health issues.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
