Rat Fibronectin Type III Domain Containing Protein 5 (FNDC5) ELISA Kit
The Rat FNDC5 (Fibronectin Type III Domain Containing Protein 5) ELISA Kit is a highly reliable and sensitive assay designed for the precise measurement of FNDC5 levels in rat samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional accuracy and reproducibility, making it an excellent choice for a variety of research applications.FNDC5 is a critical protein involved in regulating metabolism and energy expenditure through the production of irisin, a hormone that can help combat obesity and related metabolic disorders.
Studies have shown that FNDC5 may also play a role in enhancing cognitive function and protecting against neurodegeneration, making it a valuable target for further investigation in the fields of obesity, neurology, and metabolic diseases. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Rat FNDC5 ELISA Kit provides researchers with a valuable tool for studying the functions and potential therapeutic applications of FNDC5 in various disease models.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
