Description
Rat F10 (Coagulation Factor Ⅹ) ELISA Kit
The Rat F10 (Coagulation Factor X) ELISA Kit is an advanced assay designed for the precise quantitative assessment of Coagulation Factor X levels in a variety of rat biological samples. Coagulation Factor X, a pivotal player in the blood coagulation cascade, contributes to the formation of blood clots and is crucial for maintaining hemostasis. This ELISA kit enables researchers to accurately measure the concentration of Coagulation Factor X, providing valuable insights into its role in coagulation disorders, thrombosis, and various cardiovascular conditions. Accurate quantification of Coagulation Factor X is essential for comprehending its involvement in the coagulation pathway, fibrin clot formation, and clotting abnormalities.
By utilizing this ELISA kit, researchers can explore the intricate mechanisms underlying blood coagulation, which can inform clinical diagnostics and the development of targeted treatment strategies for coagulation-related diseases and conditions. The Rat F10 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie offers outstanding sensitivity and specificity, ensuring trustworthy and reproducible results. With stringent quality control measures in place, this kit has been manufactured to deliver reliable performance and user-friendly operation, making it an excellent research tool for investigating the functions and dysregulations of Coagulation Factor X in both normal and pathological states.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat F10. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat F10 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat F10, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rat F10. You can calculate the concentration of Rat F10 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
