Rat Corticotropin Releasing Hormone Binding Protein (CRHBP) ELISA Kit
The Rat Corticotropin-Releasing Hormone Binding Protein (CRHBP) ELISA Kit is a specialized assay designed for the precise measurement of CRHBP levels in rat biological samples, including serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides accurate and consistent results, making it an invaluable tool for a variety of research applications.CRHBP is a key protein involved in the regulation of stress responses and the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis. It binds to corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH) and modulates its activity, playing a crucial role in the neuroendocrine system.
By measuring CRHBP levels, researchers can gain insights into various physiological and pathological processes related to stress, mood disorders, and neuroendocrine dysregulation.Whether studying the impact of stress on rat models or investigating potential therapeutic interventions for stress-related disorders, the Rat CRHBP ELISA Kit offers reliable and reproducible results, helping to advance our understanding of CRHBP biology and its implications for human health.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
