Rat Chemokine C-X-C-Motif Ligand 16 (CXCL16) ELISA Kit
The Rat Chemokine C-X-C Motif Ligand 16 (CXCL16) ELISA Kit is a reliable and sensitive assay designed for the precise measurement of CXCL16 levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This ELISA kit provides accurate and reproducible results, making it ideal for a variety of research applications in immunology, inflammation, and cancer studies.CXCL16 is an important chemokine involved in immune responses and inflammation, playing a crucial role in recruiting immune cells to sites of infection or injury. It is also implicated in the development and progression of various diseases, including atherosclerosis, autoimmune disorders, and cancer.
By accurately measuring CXCL16 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying these conditions and explore potential therapeutic targets.Overall, the Rat CXCL16 ELISA Kit offers a powerful tool for studying the role of CXCL16 in health and disease, providing researchers with reliable data to advance their understanding of immune responses and inflammatory processes in rat models.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
