Rat Caspase 8 Associated Protein 2 (CASP8AP2) ELISA Kit
The Rat Caspase 8-Associated Protein 2 (CASP8AP2) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of CASP8AP2 levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an essential tool for researchers studying apoptosis, cell signaling, and cancer research.CASP8AP2 is a critical protein that interacts with caspase-8, playing a vital role in regulating apoptosis and cell survival pathways. Dysregulation of CASP8AP2 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and neurodegenerative diseases.
Therefore, this ELISA kit is a valuable asset for researchers investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic targets.Overall, the Rat CASP8AP2 ELISA Kit from AssayGenie offers researchers a powerful tool for studying the role of CASP8AP2 in disease pathology and developing novel therapeutic strategies. Get reliable and accurate results with this advanced ELISA kit for your research needs.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
