Rat Carnitine Palmitoyltransferase 2, Mitochondrial (CPT2) ELISA Kit
The Rat Carnitine Palmitoyltransferase-2 (Mitochondrial CPT2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for researchers looking to study this important enzyme in rat samples. This kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantification of CPT2 levels in rat serum, plasma, and tissue lysates with high sensitivity and specificity.CPT2 is a key enzyme involved in fatty acid beta-oxidation in mitochondria, playing a crucial role in energy metabolism and lipid homeostasis.
Dysregulation of CPT2 has been linked to various metabolic disorders, making it a valuable target for understanding these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions. With reliable and reproducible results, the Rat CPT2 ELISA Kit is suitable for a wide range of research applications, providing valuable insights into the role of CPT2 in health and disease in rat models.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
