The Rat Bradykinin Receptor B2 (BDKRB2) ELISA Kit is a reliable tool for the precise measurement of rat BDKRB2 levels in biological samples such as serum, plasma, and tissue lysates. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications. The BDKRB2 receptor is a key component in the regulation of bradykinin, a peptide involved in inflammatory responses, pain perception, and vasodilation. Dysregulation of the BDKRB2 receptor has been linked to various pathological conditions such as hypertension, inflammation, and pain disorders, making it a valuable target for drug development and disease research.
With the Rat Bradykinin Receptor B2 ELISA Kit, researchers can quantify BDKRB2 levels in rat samples with confidence, providing valuable insights into the role of this receptor in health and disease. This kit is an essential tool for investigating potential therapeutic strategies targeting the BDKRB2 pathway.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
