Description
Rat BLC (B-Lymphocyte Chemoattractant) ELISA Kit
The Rat BLC (B-Lymphocyte Chemoattractant) ELISA Kit is expertly developed for the precise quantitative analysis of B-Lymphocyte Chemoattractant levels in a variety of rat biological samples. BLC, also known as B-cell-attracting chemokine 1 (BCA-1), plays a vital role in immune regulation by orchestrating the recruitment and activation of B lymphocytes. As a key chemokine, BLC is involved in immune responses, leukocyte migration, and the modulation of inflammatory processes. Comprehensive understanding of BLC expression levels is crucial for unraveling its immunomodulatory roles in health and disease.
This ELISA kit ensures exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and reproducible results in diverse experimental scenarios. Produced under strict quality control measures, the Rat BLC ELISA Kit delivers dependable performance and ease of use, making it an ideal solution for research endeavors aimed at dissecting the intricate mechanisms of immune modulation, lymphocyte recruitment, and inflammatory responses. Delve into the intricate immunological functions of BLC with confidence and precision using this advanced ELISA kit.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat BLC. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat BLC and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat BLC, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rat BLC. You can calculate the concentration of Rat BLC in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
Precision
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, mid range and high level Rat BLC were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, mid range and high level Rat BLC were tested on 3 different plates, 20 replicates in each plate.
