Rat Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor Nuclear Translocator Like Protein (ARNTL) ELISA Kit
The Rat Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor Nuclear Translocator-Like Protein (ARNTL) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for accurately measuring ARNTL levels in rat samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.ARNTL, also known as BMAL1, is a critical protein involved in regulating circadian rhythms and controlling the expression of clock genes. Dysregulation of ARNTL has been linked to various health conditions including sleep disorders, metabolic diseases, and even certain types of cancer.
Therefore, this ELISA kit is an important resource for investigating the role of ARNTL in these diseases and developing potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Rat ARNTL ELISA Kit from AssayGenie offers researchers a precise and efficient way to study the function of this essential protein in biological processes and disease mechanisms.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
