Rat Apoptotic Peptidase Activating Factor 1 (APAF1) ELISA Kit
The Rat Apoptotic Peptidase Activating Factor 1 (APAF1) ELISA Kit is a highly reliable and sensitive assay designed for the accurate quantification of APAF1 levels in rat samples. This kit is suitable for use with serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants, providing researchers with precise and reproducible results for a variety of experimental needs.APAF1 is a critical regulator of apoptosis, playing a key role in the activation of caspases and the initiation of programmed cell death. Dysregulation of APAF1 has been implicated in a variety of diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its potential as a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing new therapeutic interventions.
With its high-quality components and user-friendly protocol, the Rat APAF1 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers investigating apoptosis and its role in disease pathology. Trust in the reliability and accuracy of this kit to advance your research and uncover new insights into the mechanisms of cell death.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
