Rat Alpha-1-Microglobulin/Bikunin Precursor (a1M) ELISA Kit
The Rat Alpha-1-Microglobulin Bikunin Precursor (A1M) ELISA Kit is a high-quality assay designed for the precise measurement of A1M levels in rat samples such as serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. This kit offers outstanding sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.A1M, also known as bikunin, is a protein precursor essential for maintaining homeostasis and protecting against oxidative stress and inflammation. It plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including the regulation of the immune response and tissue repair.
Dysregulation of A1M has been linked to several diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying pathophysiological mechanisms and developing potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Rat Alpha-1-Microglobulin Bikunin Precursor (A1M) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers seeking to investigate the role of A1M in health and disease, providing reliable data for enhancing our understanding of this important protein's function in rat models.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
