Rat A Disintegrin And Metalloprotease 10 (ADAM10) ELISA Kit
The Rat ADAM10 (A Disintegrin and Metalloprotease 10) ELISA Kit is a highly reliable and accurate tool for the measurement of ADAM10 levels in rat samples. This kit is specifically designed for use with rat serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates, providing researchers with a valuable resource for studying the role of ADAM10 in various biological processes.ADAM10 is a key enzyme involved in the proteolytic processing of a variety of proteins, including cell adhesion molecules and cytokines. Its dysregulation has been linked to numerous diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, cancer, and inflammatory conditions.
By accurately measuring ADAM10 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying these diseases and potentially identify new therapeutic targets. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Rat ADAM10 ELISA Kit offers researchers a reliable and reproducible method for quantifying ADAM10 levels in rat samples. This makes it an essential tool for studies investigating the role of ADAM10 in disease pathogenesis and for the development of novel therapeutic interventions.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
