Rat 11-Beta-Hydroxysteroid Dehydrogenase Type 1 (HSD11b1) ELISA Kit
The Rat 11 Beta-Hydroxysteroid Dehydrogenase Type 1 (HSD11B1) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate measurement of HSD11B1 levels in rat serum, plasma, and tissue samples. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for various research applications in the field of endocrinology and metabolism.HSD11B1 is a key enzyme involved in the conversion of inactive cortisone to active cortisol, playing a crucial role in regulating glucocorticoid metabolism and cortisol levels.
Dysregulation of HSD11B1 has been implicated in various metabolic disorders, including obesity, diabetes, and hypertension, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and potential therapeutic interventions. With its precision and reliability, the Rat HSD11B1 ELISA Kit offers researchers a powerful tool for investigating the role of HSD11B1 in health and disease, providing valuable insights into the complex mechanisms underlying metabolic disorders.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
