The RASL11B Monoclonal Antibody (PAC062199) is a powerful tool for researchers studying RASL11B, a member of the RAS oncogene family with potential implications in cancer and other diseases. This antibody is produced through a hybridoma technique, ensuring high specificity and sensitivity for detecting RASL11B in human samples.By targeting the RASL11B protein, this antibody is suitable for a range of applications, including Western blotting, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry. Its ability to accurately detect RASL11B expression in various cell types allows for detailed analysis in cancer research and other fields.
RASL11B's role in oncogenesis and cellular signaling pathways makes it a promising target for therapeutic intervention. Research into RASL11B function could lead to new insights into cancer development and progression, as well as potential treatment strategies. The RASL11B Monoclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for investigating these areas and advancing our understanding of RAS oncogene family members.
IHC image of PACO62199 diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
Immunofluorescence staining of MCF-7 cells with PACO62199 at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
