The RASGRF1 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB6964) is a valuable tool for researchers studying RASGRF1, a protein involved in cell signaling pathways and neuronal development. This antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly specific and reactive with human samples, making it ideal for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the RASGRF1 protein, researchers can accurately detect and analyze its expression in different cell types, providing insights into its role in various biological processes.RASGRF1 is known to play a key role in signal transduction pathways that regulate cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival.
Its dysregulation has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurological disorders. By studying the function of RASGRF1, researchers can gain a better understanding of its potential therapeutic implications in these conditions.Overall, the RASGRF1 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB6964) is a valuable tool for researchers investigating the role of RASGRF1 in cellular processes and disease pathology. Its high specificity and reactivity make it a reliable choice for immunological and cancer research studies.

The protein encoded by this gene is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) similar to the Saccharomyces cerevisiae CDC25 gene product. Functional analysis has demonstrated that this protein stimulates the dissociation of GDP from RAS protein. The studies of the similar gene in mouse suggested that the Ras-GEF activity of this protein in brain can be activated by Ca2+ influx, muscarinic receptors, and G protein beta-gamma subunit. Mouse studies also indicated that the Ras-GEF signaling pathway mediated by this protein may be important for long-term memory. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
