Rabbit N-Terminal Pro Brain Natriuretic Peptide (NT-ProBNP) ELISA Kit
The Rabbit N-Terminal pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide (NT-proBNP) ELISA Kit is a specialized assay kit designed for the accurate quantification of NT-proBNP levels in rabbit samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures reliable and reproducible results, making it an invaluable tool for researchers in a variety of fields.NT-proBNP is a key biomarker in the diagnosis and management of heart failure and other cardiovascular diseases. Elevated levels of NT-proBNP indicate cardiac stress and dysfunction, providing valuable insights into the heart's condition.
By measuring NT-proBNP levels accurately, researchers can monitor disease progression, assess treatment efficacy, and elucidate the underlying mechanisms of cardiac disorders. This ELISA kit allows for precise and efficient detection of NT-proBNP, enabling researchers to study cardiac function, evaluate therapeutic interventions, and develop novel strategies for managing cardiovascular diseases in rabbits. With its robust performance and ease of use, the Rabbit NT-proBNP ELISA Kit is an essential tool for advancing research in cardiovascular biology and translational medicine.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
