The Rabbit IL-10 ELISA Kit is a highly specialized assay designed to quantitatively measure the levels of Interleukin-10 (IL-10) in various rabbit biological samples.
IL-10 is a crucial anti-inflammatory cytokine that plays a key role in regulating immune responses, maintaining immune homeostasis, and modulating inflammatory processes. Accurate detection and quantification of IL-10 levels are essential for evaluating immune modulation, inflammatory responses, and the development of potential therapeutic strategies targeting immune-related disorders. The Rabbit IL-10 ELISA Kit provides researchers with a precise and reliable tool to explore the role of IL-10 in rabbit physiology and pathophysiology. With exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this ELISA kit delivers consistent and reproducible results, enabling researchers to gain deeper insights into the complex interplay of IL-10 in immune regulation. Manufactured under stringent quality controls, this kit ensures robust performance and ease of use, making it an indispensable resource for cutting-edge research in immunology and beyond.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rabbit IL-10. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rabbit IL-10 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rabbit IL-10, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rabbit IL-10. You can calculate the concentration of Rabbit IL-10 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
