The Rabbit CK-MB (Creatine Kinase MB Isoenzyme) ELISA Kit is an advanced diagnostic tool tailored for the precise and quantitative measurement of CK-MB levels in various rabbit biological samples.
CK-MB is a specific isoform of creatine kinase found predominantly in the heart muscle. Elevations in CK-MB are often indicative of heart muscle damage, making it a crucial biomarker for assessing cardiac health and diagnosing conditions such as myocardial infarction. Accurate quantification of CK-MB levels is essential for evaluating cardiac function and monitoring heart-related disorders in rabbits. The Rabbit CK-MB ELISA Kit provides researchers with a reliable and reproducible method for determining CK-MB concentrations, enabling in-depth investigations into cardiac health and diseases in rabbits. With exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this ELISA kit from Assay Genie ensures precise and consistent results. Manufactured under strict quality control standards, the kit delivers robust performance and straightforward protocols, making it an excellent choice for research applications focused on understanding cardiac biomarkers and cardiovascular health in rabbits.
This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rabbit CKMB. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rabbit CKMB and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rabbit CKMB, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rabbit CKMB. You can calculate the concentration of Rabbit CKMB in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
