RAB30 Antibody (PAC035326) is a valuable tool for researchers studying RAB30, a member of the small GTPase superfamily involved in vesicular trafficking and protein transport within cells. This polyclonal antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly specific for detecting RAB30 in human samples and is validated for use in Western blot applications.RAB30 plays a crucial role in regulating intracellular membrane trafficking pathways, controlling the movement of cargo vesicles between different compartments within the cell. Dysregulation of RAB30 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer and neurological disorders, making it an important target for research.
By using the RAB30 Antibody, researchers can investigate the function and localization of RAB30 in different cell types, providing valuable insights into its role in cellular processes. This antibody is a valuable tool for studies in cell biology, molecular biology, and drug development, offering new avenues for understanding the complex mechanisms of vesicular trafficking and protein transport in cells.

Background:
The small GTPases Rab are key regulators of intracellular membrane trafficking, from the formation of transport vesicles to their fusion with membranes. Rabs cycle between an inactive GDP-bound form and an active GTP-bound form that is able to recruit to membranes different set of downstream effectors directly responsible for vesicle formation, movement, tethering and fusion (By similarity). Required for maintaining the structural integrity of the Golgi apparatus, possibly by mediating interactions with cytoplasmic scaffolding proteins.
