The QuickStep Mouse E3 Estriol ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for studying estrogen levels in mouse serum, plasma, and tissue samples. This kit provides accurate and precise measurements with high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable results for your research needs.E3 Estriol is a key estrogen hormone that plays a vital role in various physiological processes, including reproductive health, bone metabolism, and cardiovascular function. Abnormal levels of E3 Estriol have been linked to conditions such as hormonal imbalances, pregnancy complications, and certain types of cancer.
By accurately measuring E3 Estriol levels in mouse samples, researchers can gain valuable insights into the impact of estrogen on health and disease.Whether you are studying reproductive biology, endocrinology, or cancer research, the QuickStep Mouse E3 Estriol ELISA Kit offers a convenient and efficient solution for analyzing estrogen levels in mouse models. Trust AssayGenie for reliable results and innovative tools for your research endeavors.

Both intra-CV and inter-CV are < 10%.
Storage & Stability:
An unopened kit can be stored at 2-8°C for 6 months. After test, the unused wells and reagents should be stored according to the storage table in the manual.
This ELISA kit uses the Competitive-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Mouse E3. Samples (or Standards) and Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) linked antibody specific for Mouse E3 are added to the micro ELISA plate wells. Mouse E3 in samples (or standards) competes with a fixed amount of Mouse E3 on the solid phase supporter for sites on the HRP linked detection antibody specific to Mouse E3. Excess conjugate and unbound sample or standard are washed from the plate. The substrate solution is added to each well. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 ± 2 nm. The concentration of Mouse E3 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
