The QuickStep Human E3 Estriol ELISA Kit is a cutting-edge diagnostic tool designed for the accurate and sensitive measurement of E3 Estriol levels in human samples. This kit offers high specificity and precision, providing researchers with reliable and reproducible results for various research applications. E3 Estriol is a key estrogen hormone that is particularly important during pregnancy, as it is produced by the placenta and plays a role in fetal development and maintaining a healthy pregnancy. Monitoring E3 Estriol levels can provide valuable insights into pregnancy complications, such as preeclampsia and fetal growth restriction.
With this innovative ELISA kit, researchers can easily and efficiently quantify E3 Estriol levels in serum, plasma, or other sample types, allowing for in-depth investigations into hormonal imbalances and potential treatment strategies. Trust the QuickStep Human E3 Estriol ELISA Kit for precise and reliable measurement of E3 Estriol levels in human samples for advanced research purposes.

This ELISA kit uses the Competitive-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Human E3. Samples (or Standards) and Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) linked antibody specific for Human E3 are added to the micro ELISA plate wells. Human E3 in samples (or standards) competes with a fixed amount of Human E3 on the solid phase supporter for sites on the HRP linked detection antibody specific to Human E3. Excess conjugate and unbound sample or standard are washed from the plate. The substrate solution is added to each well. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 ± 2 nm. The concentration of Human E3 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
