The QARs Polyclonal Antibody (CAB6960) is a powerful tool for researchers studying QARs, a key molecule involved in immune regulation and immune response modulation. This antibody is derived from rabbit serum and shows high reactivity with human samples, making it ideal for experiments in immunology and cancer research.QARs, also known as immune regulatory proteins, are essential in maintaining immune homeostasis and controlling inflammatory responses. By inhibiting immune reactions, QARs play a crucial role in preventing excessive inflammation and allergic reactions.
Understanding the function of QARs is vital in developing treatments for diseases such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, and chronic inflammatory conditions. The QARs Polyclonal Antibody (CAB6960) is validated for use in Western blot applications, allowing for the precise detection and analysis of QARs protein in various cell types. By targeting the QARs molecule, researchers can gain valuable insights into immune regulation mechanisms and potentially discover new therapeutic approaches for immune-related diseases.

Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases catalyze the aminoacylation of tRNA by their cognate amino acid. Because of their central role in linking amino acids with nucleotide triplets contained in tRNAs, aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases are thought to be among the first proteins that appeared in evolution. In metazoans, 9 aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases specific for glutamine (gln), glutamic acid (glu), and 7 other amino acids are associated within a multienzyme complex. Although present in eukaryotes, glutaminyl-tRNA synthetase (QARS) is absent from many prokaryotes, mitochondria, and chloroplasts, in which Gln-tRNA(Gln) is formed by transamidation of the misacylated Glu-tRNA(Gln). Glutaminyl-tRNA synthetase belongs to the class-I aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase family. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
