The Procollagen I ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the precise detection of procollagen I levels in biological samples. This kit is ideal for researchers studying extracellular matrix remodeling, tissue repair, and fibrosis, as procollagen I is a key protein involved in collagen production and tissue healing.Procollagen I is a precursor to collagen, the most abundant protein in the human body responsible for providing structure and support to tissues. Abnormal levels of procollagen I have been associated with various pathological conditions, including fibrotic disorders, skin aging, and bone diseases.
By accurately measuring procollagen I levels, researchers can better understand these conditions and explore potential therapeutic interventions. With its reliable and reproducible results, the Procollagen I ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for studying the role of procollagen I in disease progression and for developing novel treatments targeting collagen metabolism. Whether investigating tissue remodeling in wound healing or exploring the pathogenesis of fibrotic diseases, this kit provides researchers with the precision and accuracy needed for their experiments.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
