The Porcine TRY (Trypsin) ELISA Kit is a cutting-edge assay designed for the precise measurement of trypsin levels in porcine biological samples. Trypsin, a pivotal protease involved in protein digestion and processing, plays a crucial role in various physiological functions, including food digestion and regulation of enzymatic activities. As a key enzyme, trypsin is essential for breaking down proteins into their constituent peptides and amino acids. With the Porcine TRY ELISA Kit, researchers can quantitatively assess trypsin levels in porcine samples, enabling detailed investigations into the enzymatic activities and protein processing mechanisms associated with trypsin.
By accurately measuring trypsin expression, researchers can gain insights into the digestive processes, enzymatic functions, and proteolytic activities in porcine models. This ELISA kit offers outstanding sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results. Manufactured under stringent quality control measures, the Porcine TRY ELISA Kit delivers robust performance and user-friendly protocols, making it an ideal choice for porcine research in the fields of enzymology, digestion, and protein processing.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Porcine TRY. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Porcine TRY and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Porcine TRY, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Porcine TRY. You can calculate the concentration of Porcine TRY in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
