Porcine Tissue Inhibitors Of Metalloproteinase 2 (TIMP2) ELISA Kit
The Porcine TIMP-2 (Tissue Inhibitors of Metalloproteinase-2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for detecting TIMP-2 levels in porcine tissue samples. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, allowing for accurate and reproducible results in various research applications.TIMP-2 is a key regulator of the extracellular matrix and plays a critical role in tissue remodeling and the regulation of metalloproteinases. Dysregulation of TIMP-2 has been implicated in various pathologies such as cancer, fibrosis, and cardiovascular diseases.
Therefore, studying TIMP-2 levels can provide valuable insights into these conditions and aid in the development of potential therapeutic strategies. With its user-friendly protocol and reliable performance, the Porcine TIMP-2 ELISA Kit is a valuable asset for researchers in the field of molecular biology and biomedical sciences. Get your kit today and uncover the secrets of TIMP-2 in porcine tissues.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
