The Porcine TG (Thyroglobulin) ELISA Kit is a specialized assay designed for the quantitative measurement of Thyroglobulin levels in porcine samples. Thyroglobulin is a glycoprotein produced by thyroid gland cells and serves as a precursor in the synthesis of thyroid hormones. Monitoring Thyroglobulin levels in porcine samples can provide valuable information about thyroid function, autoimmune thyroid diseases, and thyroid cancer.
This ELISA kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, enabling accurate and reliable measurement of Thyroglobulin levels in porcine biological samples. The robust performance and stringent quality control standards of this assay ensure precise and reproducible results, making it an excellent choice for research in the fields of endocrinology, thyroid function, and related areas.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Porcine TG. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Porcine TG and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Porcine TG, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Porcine TG. You can calculate the concentration of Porcine TG in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
