The Porcine SDF-1/CXCL12 (Stromal Cell Derived Factor 1) ELISA Kit is meticulously crafted for the precise quantitation of SDF-1/CXCL12 levels in porcine biological samples.
SDF-1/CXCL12, a vital chemokine, is recognized for its key roles in cell migration, hematopoiesis, tissue regeneration, and immune responses. Functioning as a chemoattractant, SDF-1/CXCL12 plays a critical role in directing stem cell homing to injured tissues, promoting angiogenesis, and modulating immune cell trafficking and function. This ELISA kit empowers researchers to accurately measure SDF-1/CXCL12 levels in porcine samples, facilitating investigations into the roles of this chemokine in cellular migration, tissue repair, and immune modulation. By quantifying SDF-1/CXCL12 expression, researchers can gain valuable insights into the regulatory mechanisms underlying tissue regeneration, stem cell homing, and immune responses in porcine models. The Porcine SDF-1/CXCL12 ELISA Kit delivers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results. Manufactured to stringent quality standards, this kit offers robust performance and user-friendly protocols, making it an ideal tool for porcine research in the fields of tissue repair, stem cell biology, and immunology.
This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Porcine SDF-1/CXCL12. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Porcine SDF-1/CXCL12 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Porcine SDF-1/CXCL12, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Porcine SDF-1/CXCL12. You can calculate the concentration of Porcine SDF-1/CXCL12 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
