The Porcine Orexin (OX) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate measurement of orexin levels in porcine serum, plasma, and tissue lysates. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for researchers studying the role of orexin in various physiological and pathological conditions.Orexin is a neuropeptide that plays a crucial role in regulating sleep-wake cycles, appetite, and energy metabolism. Dysregulation of orexin signaling has been implicated in disorders such as narcolepsy, obesity, and mood disorders.
The ability to accurately measure orexin levels in porcine samples can provide valuable insights into the role of orexin in these conditions and facilitate the development of potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Porcine Orexin (OX) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying the physiological functions of orexin and its implications in various diseases, offering high sensitivity and specificity for precise quantification of orexin levels in porcine samples.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
