Porcine Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 1 (MCP1) ELISA Kit
The Porcine Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-1 (MCP1) ELISA Kit offered by AssayGenie is a reliable and easy-to-use tool for detecting MCP1 levels in porcine samples. This kit is designed for use with porcine serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants, providing researchers with accurate and reproducible results.MCP1 is a key chemokine involved in recruiting monocytes to sites of inflammation, making it an important biomarker for studying immune responses and inflammatory conditions in pigs. By accurately measuring MCP1 levels, researchers can better understand the role of this protein in various diseases and develop potential therapeutic strategies.
With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Porcine MCP1 ELISA Kit from AssayGenie is an essential tool for researchers working in the fields of immunology, inflammation, and veterinary medicine. This kit is suitable for a wide range of applications, providing valuable insights into the role of MCP1 in porcine health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
