Porcine Lipopolysaccharide Binding Protein (LBP) ELISA Kit
The Porcine Lipopolysaccharide Binding Protein (LBP) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate measurement of porcine LBP levels in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.LBP is a key protein involved in the immune response to Gram-negative bacterial infections, specifically in the recognition and binding of lipopolysaccharides (LPS), an important component of the bacterial cell wall.
Monitoring LBP levels can provide valuable insights into the host immune response and the development of infectious diseases in pigs. This ELISA kit is essential for researchers studying the immune system of pigs, infectious diseases, and inflammatory conditions. With its advanced technology and easy-to-use protocol, the Porcine LBP ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for accurately measuring LBP levels in porcine samples.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
