The Porcine Interleukin 5 (IL5) ELISA Kit is specially designed for the accurate quantification of interleukin 5 levels in porcine serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.Interleukin 5 is a key cytokine involved in regulating immune responses, particularly in the development and activation of eosinophils. Its dysregulation has been linked to a variety of immune disorders, including asthma and allergic diseases.
By accurately measuring IL5 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the immune response in pigs and potentially identify new therapeutic targets for immune-related conditions in porcine populations.Overall, the Porcine Interleukin 5 (IL5) ELISA Kit is essential for any study focusing on immune responses in pigs and holds great promise for advancing our understanding of immune regulation and potential treatment options for immune-related disorders in porcine species.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
