The Porcine INH-A (Inhibin A) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative measurement of inhibin A levels in porcine serum, plasma, and tissue culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.Inhibin A is a key regulator of reproductive functions in female mammals, playing a critical role in the control of ovarian follicle development and hormone secretion. It is also involved in the regulation of the menstrual cycle and the development of the placenta during pregnancy.
Understanding the role of inhibin A in reproductive physiology can aid in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility, as well as in the development of new reproductive therapies.Overall, the Porcine INH-A ELISA Kit provides researchers with a valuable tool for studying the biological functions of inhibin A in porcine models, ultimately contributing to advancements in reproductive biology and animal health.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
