The Porcine Granzyme M (GZMM) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the precise measurement of GZMM levels in porcine samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an ideal tool for various research applications.Granzyme M is an important protease that plays a key role in the immune response, particularly in cytotoxic T cells and natural killer cells. It is involved in the induction of apoptosis in target cells and has been implicated in various immune-related diseases.
By accurately measuring GZMM levels, researchers can better understand the role of this protein in immune responses and potentially identify new therapeutic targets for conditions such as infections, autoimmune diseases, and cancer. The Porcine GZMM ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for studying the function and regulation of granzyme M in porcine models, helping to advance our knowledge of immune system function and disease pathology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
