Porcine Angiotensin I Converting Enzyme (ACE) ELISA Kit
The Porcine Angiotensin I Converting Enzyme (ACE) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate and sensitive detection of ACE levels in porcine serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. This kit offers high-quality and reliable results, making it an essential tool for researchers studying the role of ACE in various physiological and pathological processes in pigs.ACE is an important enzyme that plays a crucial role in regulating blood pressure and cardiovascular function by converting angiotensin I into angiotensin II. Dysregulation of ACE activity has been implicated in conditions such as hypertension, heart failure, and kidney disease in pigs.
Therefore, measuring ACE levels using this ELISA kit can provide valuable insights into the pathophysiology of these diseases and aid in the development of therapeutic strategies.Overall, the Porcine ACE ELISA Kit offers researchers a precise and efficient method for quantifying ACE levels in porcine samples, allowing for comprehensive investigations into the role of this enzyme in pig health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
