The PLCG2 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (CAB5182) is a powerful tool for researchers studying the PLCG2 protein, a key player in immune signaling pathways. This high-quality monoclonal antibody is specifically designed for use in various applications, including Western blotting and immunohistochemistry, and has been validated for use with human samples.PLCG2 is a critical enzyme involved in immune responses, playing a crucial role in the activation of immune cells and the regulation of inflammatory processes. Dysregulation of PLCG2 activity has been implicated in a variety of inflammatory disorders and autoimmune diseases, making it an important target for research in immunology and related fields.
This antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly reactive and specific to PLCG2, offering researchers a reliable tool for detecting and studying this protein in various cell types and experimental conditions. By enabling precise detection and analysis of PLCG2, this monoclonal antibody is a valuable resource for advancing our understanding of immune signaling pathways and potentially identifying new therapeutic targets for immune-related diseases.

The protein encoded by this gene is a transmembrane signaling enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 4,5-bisphosphate to 1D-myo-inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (IP3) and diacylglycerol (DAG) using calcium as a cofactor. IP3 and DAG are second messenger molecules important for transmitting signals from growth factor receptors and immune system receptors across the cell membrane. Mutations in this gene have been found in autoinflammation, antibody deficiency, and immune dysregulation syndrome and familial cold autoinflammatory syndrome 3.
