The Phospho-Lyn-Y396 Monoclonal Antibody (CABP1050) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody is highly specific for detecting Lyn phosphorylated at tyrosine 396 in human samples and is validated for use in Western blot applications. By targeting this specific phosphorylation site, researchers can accurately study Lyn activation and its downstream effects in various cell types.Lyn, a member of the Src family of kinases, plays a crucial role in regulating immune responses, cell growth, and differentiation. Phosphorylation of Lyn at tyrosine 396 is known to be important for its kinase activity and downstream signaling cascades.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Mouse samples.
