The Phospho-JNK1 (T183/Y185) / JNK2 (T183/Y185) / JNK3 (T221/Y223) Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (CABP1163) is a valuable tool for researchers studying the JNK signaling pathway. This antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly specific to the phosphorylated forms of JNK1, JNK2, and JNK3, key regulators of cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Validated for use in Western blot applications, this antibody allows for the detection and analysis of phosphorylated JNK proteins in various cell types. The JNK signaling pathway plays a crucial role in a wide range of cellular processes, including stress responses, inflammation, and tumorigenesis, making this antibody an essential tool for studies in cancer research and other areas of molecular biology.
By targeting the phosphorylated forms of JNK1, JNK2, and JNK3, researchers can gain valuable insights into the regulation of cell signaling pathways and potentially develop new therapeutic strategies for diseases associated with dysregulated JNK activity. The Phospho-JNK1/JNK2/JNK3 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody is a reliable and sensitive tool for investigating the complex mechanisms of JNK signaling in health and disease.
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the MAP kinase family. MAP kinases act as an integration point for multiple biochemical signals, and are involved in a wide variety of cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation and development. This kinase is activated by various cell stimuli, and targets specific transcription factors, and thus mediates immediate-early gene expression in response to cell stimuli. The activation of this kinase by tumor-necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha) is found to be required for TNF-alpha induced apoptosis. This kinase is also involved in UV radiation induced apoptosis, which is thought to be related to cytochrom c-mediated cell death pathway. Studies of the mouse counterpart of this gene suggested that this kinase play a key role in T cell proliferation, apoptosis and differentiation. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported. [provided by RefSeq, Apr 2016]
