The Phospho-CDK1/2/3 (T14) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (CABP1138) is a powerful tool for researchers studying cell cycle regulation and signaling pathways. This antibody specifically targets the phosphorylated forms of cyclin-dependent kinases 1, 2, and 3 at threonine 14, which play crucial roles in cell division and proliferation. Developed using cutting-edge technology, this antibody offers high sensitivity and specificity in detecting phosphorylated CDK1/2/3 in human samples. Validated for use in Western blot applications, it provides accurate and reliable results for researchers investigating cell cycle progression, checkpoint control, and related processes.
The Phospho-CDK1/2/3 (T14) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (CABP1138) opens new avenues for exploring the mechanisms underlying cell cycle regulation and its dysregulation in various diseases, including cancer. By targeting the phosphorylated forms of these key kinases, researchers can gain insights into the molecular events driving cell division and identify potential therapeutic targets for cancer treatment and other related conditions.

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family. This protein is a catalytic subunit of the highly conserved protein kinase complex known as M-phase promoting factor (MPF), which is essential for G1/S and G2/M phase transitions of eukaryotic cell cycle. Mitotic cyclins stably associate with this protein and function as regulatory subunits. The kinase activity of this protein is controlled by cyclin accumulation and destruction through the cell cycle. The phosphorylation and dephosphorylation of this protein also play important regulatory roles in cell cycle control. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Mar 2009]
