The CD3-Zeta Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody is a cutting-edge tool for researchers studying T cell activation and immune response mechanisms. This antibody specifically targets the CD3-Zeta protein, a crucial component of the T cell receptor complex that plays a key role in T cell signaling and activation. Raised in rabbits, this monoclonal antibody offers high specificity and sensitivity, making it an ideal choice for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications. Its ability to detect and bind to the CD3-Zeta protein allows researchers to explore the dynamics of T cell activation in various cell types and conditions.
With its potential applications in immunology, cancer research, and autoimmune disorders, the CD3-Zeta Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody holds great promise for advancing our understanding of T cell function and immune regulation. By deciphering the intricacies of CD3-Zeta signaling, researchers can uncover new strategies for targeting T cell responses in the context of disease and immune-related conditions.
Product Name:
CD3H Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody
SKU:
CAB11157
Size:
20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit
Reactivity:
Human
Immunogen:
A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 65-164 of human CD3H (P20963).
The protein encoded by this gene is T-cell receptor zeta, which together with T-cell receptor alpha/beta and gamma/delta heterodimers, and with CD3-gamma, -delta and -epsilon, forms the T-cell receptor-CD3 complex. The zeta chain plays an important role in coupling antigen recognition to several intracellular signal-transduction pathways. Low expression of the antigen results in impaired immune response. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been found for this gene.
