PerCP/Cyanine5.5 Rat IgG1, κ Isotype Control [HRPN]
The PerCP-Cyanine5.5 Rat IgG1 Isotype Control (HRPn) is an essential tool for flow cytometry experiments, ensuring accurate and reliable results by providing a control for non-specific binding of antibodies. This isotype control antibody, raised in rats, is specifically designed for use in conjunction with fluorochrome-conjugated primary antibodies to distinguish true antigen-specific signals from background noise. With its high purity and specificity, this PerCP-Cyanine5.5 Rat IgG1 Isotype Control (HRPn) is ideal for a wide range of immunological studies, including cell surface marker analysis, antibody titration, and receptor-ligand binding assays.
Its consistent performance and reproducibility make it a valuable component in flow cytometry panels, allowing researchers to confidently differentiate specific staining from non-specific interactions.Whether investigating immune cell populations, monitoring cellular activation, or studying signaling pathways, this isotype control antibody serves as a critical tool in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of flow cytometry data. Trust the PerCP-Cyanine5.5 Rat IgG1 Isotype Control (HRPn) to enhance the precision and validity of your flow cytometry experiments, ultimately advancing your research goals in immunology and beyond.
