The perCP-Cyanine5.5 Anti-Human CD127 (IL-7Ra) Antibody (A019D5) offered by Assaygenie is a valuable tool for research involving CD127, also known as the IL-7 receptor alpha chain. This antibody, designed for use with human samples, is raised in an innovative perCP-Cyanine5.5 format, allowing for precise detection and analysis of the CD127 protein in various cell types. CD127 is a crucial component of the IL-7 receptor complex, playing a key role in immune cell development and function. Research into the IL-7 receptor pathway is essential for understanding immune system regulation and its implications in diseases such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, and immunodeficiencies.
By targeting CD127, researchers can gain insights into immune responses and potentially develop novel therapies for immune-related conditions.Assaygenie's perCP-Cyanine5.5 Anti-Human CD127 (IL-7Ra) Antibody (A019D5) is validated for use in flow cytometry applications, offering high specificity and sensitivity for the detection of CD127-expressing cells. This antibody is a valuable tool for immunologists, oncologists, and researchers studying immune system function and dysregulation.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD127 is a 60-90 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as IL-7 receptor α chain or IL-7Rα. It forms a heterodimer with the common γ chain (γc or CD132) which is shared with the receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-9, IL-13, IL-15, and IL-21. CD127 is expressed on immature B cells through early pre-B stage cells, thymocytes (except CD4/CD8 double positive thymocytes), peripheral T cells, and bone marrow stromal cells. CD127 has been reported to be a useful marker for identifying memory and effector T cells. Studies have shown that CD127 expression is down-modulated on Treg cells. It can be used as a marker for differentiation of Treg and conventional T cells. The ligation of IL-7 with its receptor is important for stimulation of mature and immature T cells as well as immature B cell proliferation and development.
