The PerCP-Cyanine5.5 Anti-Human CD123 Antibody (6H6) offered by AssayGenie is a highly specific and sensitive tool designed for the detection and analysis of CD123, a cell surface marker associated with hematopoietic stem cells and leukemic blasts. This monoclonal antibody is engineered for use in flow cytometry applications, enabling researchers to accurately identify and characterize CD123-expressing cells in various biological samples.CD123, also known as IL3RA, plays a pivotal role in the regulation of myeloid differentiation and is commonly overexpressed in leukemic cells, making it a valuable target for diagnostic and therapeutic research in hematological malignancies.
By specifically binding to CD123, the 6H6 antibody facilitates the precise detection and quantification of CD123-positive cells, aiding in the understanding of disease pathogenesis and progression. With its exceptional specificity and validated performance in flow cytometry assays, the PerCP-Cyanine5.5 Anti-Human CD123 Antibody (6H6) from AssayGenie is an essential tool for scientists and clinicians engaged in hematological research, leukemia diagnostics, and therapeutic development targeting CD123-expressing cells. Unlock the potential of CD123 as a biomarker and therapeutic target with this reliable antibody reagent.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD123 is the 70 kD transmembrane α chain of the IL-3 receptor. Alone, CD123 binds IL-3 with low affinity; when CD123 associates with CDw131 (common β chain), it binds IL-3 with high affinity. CD123 does not transduce intracellular signals upon binding IL-3 and requires the β chain for this function. CD123 is expressed by myeloid precursors, macrophages, dendritic cells, mast cells, basophils, megakaryocytes, and some B cells.
