The PE-GenieFluor 594 Anti-Human CD45RO Antibody (UCHL1) offered by Assay Genie is a high-quality reagent designed for the detection of the CD45RO antigen, a marker associated with memory T cells. This antibody is developed for use in flow cytometry applications, providing researchers with a reliable tool for the analysis of human samples. With its specificity for the CD45RO antigen, this antibody enables precise identification and characterization of memory T cells in various cell populations. The UCHL1 antibody, conjugated with PE-GenieFluor 594, delivers bright and consistent fluorescence signals, facilitating accurate flow cytometry analysis. Its compatibility with human samples ensures reliable and reproducible results for immunophenotyping studies in research areas such as immunology, infectious diseases, and autoimmune disorders.
By targeting the CD45RO antigen, researchers can gain valuable insights into the differential expression and distribution of memory T cells within complex immune cell populations. This antibody's performance and specificity make it an essential tool for studies aiming to decipher the role of memory T cells in immune responses, infection dynamics, and disease pathogenesis. For researchers seeking a reliable reagent to facilitate the precise detection and analysis of CD45RO-expressing cells, the PE-GenieFluor 594 Anti-Human CD45RO Antibody (UCHL1) from Assay Genie offers a trusted solution for flow cytometry-based investigations in the field of immunology and beyond.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD45RO is a 180 kD single chain membrane glycoprotein. It is a splice variant of tyrosine phosphatase CD45, lacking the A, B, and C determinants. The CD45RO isoform is expressed on activated and memory T cells, some B cell subsets, activated monocytes/macrophages, and granulocytes. CD45RO enhances both T cell receptor and B cell receptor signaling mediated activation. CD45 and its isoforms non-covalently associate with lymphocyte phosphatase-associated phosphoprotein (LPAP) on T and B lymphocytes. CD45 has been reported to be associated with several other cell surface antigens including CD1, CD2, CD3, and CD4. CD45 has also been reported to bind galectin-1 and CD22. CD45 isoform expression can change in response to cytokines.
