The PE-Cyanine7 Anti-Mouse CD69 Antibody (H1.2F3) is a highly specific and sensitive tool for researchers studying immune responses and cell activation in mouse models. This antibody targets the CD69 protein, a cell surface molecule widely used as a marker for early T cell activation. The PE-Cyanine7 conjugate allows for easy detection and visualization during flow cytometry experiments, providing valuable insights into the activation status of immune cells.CD69 is a key regulator of immune responses, involved in the activation and proliferation of T cells, as well as the retention of T cells in tissues. By targeting CD69 with this validated antibody, researchers can accurately quantify and analyze the expression of CD69 on various immune cell populations in mouse samples.
This information is essential for understanding the mechanisms underlying immune activation and for investigating potential therapeutic interventions in conditions such as infections, autoimmunity, and cancer. The PE-Cyanine7 Anti-Mouse CD69 Antibody (H1.2F3) from Assay Genie offers high specificity and sensitivity, making it a reliable tool for immunology research. Its use in flow cytometry studies enables precise characterization of immune cell activation, paving the way for advancements in our understanding of immune responses and the development of novel therapeutic strategies.

Background:
CD69 is a 60 kD type II membrane protein composed of a 27/33 kD disulfide-linked homodimer, also known as Very Early Activation Antigen (VEA), AIM, EA1, MLR3, and gp34/28. It is expressed on a subset of thymocytes and platelets. CD69 is rapidly induced on activated T and B cells, neutrophils, and NK cells. It is a C-type lectin, closely related to the NKR-P1 and Ly-49 NK cell activation molecules. CD69 is involved in the early events of cell activation and thymocyte positive selection.
