The PE-Cyanine7 Anti-Mouse CD64 Antibody (X54-5/7.1) - AGEL2753 is a cutting-edge tool designed for precise research involving CD64, a key cell surface receptor involved in immune responses. This antibody, optimized for mouse samples, offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity in flow cytometry applications. Its high affinity binding to the CD64 protein allows for accurate detection and analysis in various mouse cell populations, making it an invaluable asset for studies in immunology, inflammation, and infectious diseases.CD64, also known as FcγRI, plays a pivotal role in the immune system by mediating the uptake and clearance of pathogens through phagocytosis. Its expression on macrophages and monocytes underscores its importance in host defense mechanisms against infections.
Researchers studying immune cell function, innate immunity, or antibody-mediated responses will benefit from the precise targeting and reliable performance of this antibody in their experiments.By delving into the role of CD64 in immune signaling pathways, researchers can unravel new insights into immune regulation, autoimmunity, and host-pathogen interactions. The PE-Cyanine7 Anti-Mouse CD64 Antibody (X54-5/7.1) - AGEL2753 is a versatile tool that empowers scientists to advance their understanding of immune responses and explore novel therapeutic strategies for immune-related disorders.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use. We suggest each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results [The recommended concentration is 0.1-1 μg/106 cells in 100 μL volume].

Background:
CD64 is a 72 kD single chain type I glycoprotein also known as FcγRI and FcRI. CD64 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and is expressed on monocytes/macrophages, dendritic cells, and mast cells. The expression can be upregulated by IFN-γ stimulation. CD64 binds IgG immune complex. It plays a role in antigen capture, phagocytosis of IgG/antigen complexes, and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC).
