The PE-Cyanine7 Anti-Mouse CD335 Antibody (29A1.4) is a valuable tool for researchers studying natural killer cell biology and immunology. This antibody specifically targets CD335, also known as NKp46, a key activating receptor expressed on natural killer cells.NKp46 plays a critical role in the recognition and elimination of virus-infected cells and tumor cells by natural killer cells. By targeting CD335, researchers can effectively identify and study the function of natural killer cells in immune responses, infectious diseases, and cancer.
The PE-Cyanine7 Anti-Mouse CD335 Antibody (29A1.4) is highly specific and provides reliable detection of CD335 in mouse samples. It is suitable for use in flow cytometry applications, enabling precise analysis and quantification of natural killer cells expressing CD335.With its ability to enhance the understanding of natural killer cell function and immune responses, this antibody is an essential tool for researchers investigating immunology, infectious diseases, and cancer immunotherapy.

Background:
CD335, also known as NKp46, is a single-pass type I membrane protein of 46 kD. It belongs to the natural cytotoxicity receptor (NCR) family and contains two Ig-like (immunoglobulin-like) domains. It's expression is restricted to NK cells and a subset of NKT cells; it's not expressed in CD1d-restricted NKT cells. CD335 is a receptor for viral hemagglutinins and heparan sulfate proteoglycans and is involved in NK cell activation.
