The PE-Cyanine7 Anti-Human CD73 Antibody (AD2) available from AssayGenie is a high-quality antibody specifically designed for researchers studying CD73, an important cell surface enzyme involved in immune regulation and inflammation processes. This antibody, raised and validated for use in human samples, is ideal for flow cytometry applications, allowing for the precise detection and analysis of CD73 expression on various cell types.CD73, also known as ecto-5'-nucleotidase, plays a key role in adenosine production and the modulation of immune responses. Its expression has been linked to various physiological and pathological conditions, including cancer, inflammation, and immune disorders.
Understanding the role of CD73 in these processes is essential for developing targeted therapies and treatments that manipulate adenosine signaling pathways.By utilizing the PE-Cyanine7 Anti-Human CD73 Antibody (AD2) in research studies, scientists can gain valuable insights into the function and expression of CD73, paving the way for advancements in immunotherapy, cancer treatment, and the understanding of immune-related diseases. This antibody offers reliable results and reproducibility, making it a valuable tool for any laboratory conducting research in immunology, oncology, or related fields.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD73 is a 70 kD glycophosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked 5'-nucleotidase, which is also known as ecto-5'-nucleotidase. It converts adenosine monophosphate (AMP) to adenosine. CD73 is expressed on subsets of T and B cells, mesenchymal stem cells, follicular dendritic cells, endothelial cells, and epithelial cells. It has been reported that CD73 costimulates T cell activation, and mediates adhesion of lymphocytes to follicular dendritic cells and endothelial cells.
